Gathering Forum
Welcome to the HR-initiated Gathering Forum, a platform designed to foster open and transparent communication within our organization. We believe in the power of employee feedback and ideas, and this forum is where your voices can be heard. Here's how it works.
Discussion Topics
Discussion topics serve as the core of our forum. These topics are carefully chosen to address various aspects of our workplace, policies, and initiatives. HR identifies and defines these discussion topics, ensuring they align with our organization's goals. Each topic is thoughtfully allocated to specific groups of employees, ensuring that the right individuals are engaged in the conversation.
Employee's Views
Your input matters. This is your space to express your thoughts, ideas, and concerns on the designated discussion topics. Your insights can help shape the future of our organization, so feel free to engage in constructive discussions, share your experiences, and provide solutions to the challenges we face.

Discussion Topic Status
Stay Informed on Topic Status. To keep everyone in the loop, HR will periodically update the status of discussion topics.
Open: This status indicates that the discussion topic is active, and employee feedback is actively being collected and considered.
Closed: When a topic is marked as closed, it means that the discussion period has ended, and the feedback is being reviewed and analyzed.
Hidden: In certain cases, a topic may be temporarily hidden for various reasons. However, this status doesn't mean the topic is forgotten. It will be reactivated when appropriate.
