Mobile Time Attendance

Swipe Request

Employees are empowered to initiate a Swipe Request in situations where their attendance hasn't been accurately recorded by the conventional methods such as Attendance Recording Devices, Swipe Cards, or Bio Metric Systems. This feature ensures that unforeseen circumstances, such as technical glitches or personal oversights, can be addressed promptly.

Request Approval

Once a Swipe Request is submitted, it enters the approval workflow. The Head of Department (HOD) is responsible for reviewing and approving these requests. The HOD has the flexibility to provide comments for further clarification or to document the reasons behind the approval or rejection decision. This two-way communication helps in maintaining transparency in the attendance regularization process.

Filter

To facilitate easy tracking and monitoring of Swipe Requests, employees can utilize the filtering options available in the system. They can categorize requests based on their status, such as In Process, Approved, Rejected, or Lapsed applications. This filtering capability streamlines the management of attendance-related applications, allowing employees to quickly assess the status of their requests.

GPS Based Attendance Marking & Location Fencing

Mobile GPS

To ensure accurate attendance tracking, employees are required to activate the GPS and internet features on their mobile devices. This combination allows for precise location data to be captured during the attendance marking process.

Mobile Attendance

Within the Spine HR Mobile app, employees have the option to mark in or mark out. This action goes beyond a simple time stamp by incorporating GPS coordinates to pinpoint the exact location of the employee at the time of attendance marking. Additionally, a selfie from the front camera adds an extra layer of verification and accountability.

Synchronisation

The marked entries seamlessly integrate into the Spine Time Attendance Module, providing a centralized and comprehensive overview of attendance records. This synchronized data is made accessible to relevant stakeholders such as Managers, Supervisors, HODs, and HR personnel, streamlining the approval process.

Location Fence

A notable feature of the system is the creation of a location fence using Google Maps. This innovative approach restricts employees from marking their attendance outside of the predefined geographical area. This not only ensures the authenticity of attendance records but also prevents manipulation by enforcing attendance marking within a specified boundary.

Web Based

Internet connectivity plays a pivotal role in capturing and synchronizing the attendance details. The web-based platform facilitates real-time access to attendance data, enhancing the efficiency of the entire attendance management process. Managers and HR personnel can promptly review and approve attendance entries, contributing to a more streamlined workflow.
