Hierarchical Submission

The hierarchical submission system enables a structured approach to Time Sheet management. It allows for the creation of multiple levels of hierarchy for Clients, Projects, Activities, and Tasks. This hierarchy ensures that employees can accurately allocate their time to specific projects and tasks within the organization.

Daily/Weekly TimeSheet

Employees have the flexibility to choose between daily and weekly Time Sheet submissions. They can efficiently record and submit their time entries for the various Projects and Tasks assigned to them. This flexibility accommodates different working styles and preferences.

Detailed Time Sheet

The detailed Time Sheet feature offers a comprehensive view of an employee's daily activities. It includes descriptions of tasks and activities performed, as well as the start and end times for each activity. This level of detail enhances transparency and accountability in time tracking.

Time Capture

The Time Capture functionality provides two options for recording time. Employees can log the elapsed time for each activity and also input numeric values to represent time invested. This versatility caters to different time tracking needs within the organization.

Approval

Time Sheets undergo an approval process as per the hierarchy defined in the Spine Workflow module. This ensures that time entries are validated and authorized by the appropriate personnel before being processed for payroll or billing purposes. Approval processes can be customized to suit the organization's specific workflow.

TimeSheet Redirection

In cases where Time Sheets are not approved or require revisions, the Head of Department (HOD) or the Human Resources (HR) department has the authority to redirect them to the respective employees for necessary changes and resubmission. This ensures accuracy and completeness in the Time Sheets.

Report

Comprehensive analysis reports are available for Heads of Department and HR personnel. These reports can be filtered and segmented in various ways, including by employee, client, project, period, and defaulter status. These reports offer valuable insights into time allocation and can inform decision-making and resource management.

Re-initialization Sheet

The Re-initialization Sheet feature allows HR to reset Time Sheets for employees when they have been submitted in an incomplete or erroneous state. This ensures that all time entries are accurate and complete, reducing errors and discrepancies in payroll and billing processes.

Validation Module

The Time Sheet module is seamlessly integrated with the Leave and Attendance module, allowing for real-time validations and consolidated Management Information System (MIS) reporting. This integration ensures that time tracking is aligned with leave and attendance records, further enhancing data accuracy.

Dashboard

The HR dashboard provides a visually appealing and informative overview of invoiceable Time Sheet hours. It offers insights categorized by client, project, task, or period, with the option to filter by year. This graphical representation simplifies data interpretation and helps HR personnel make informed decisions related to resource allocation and project management.
